Bustos

Asteroid 21418, Bustos, was discovered on March 20, 1998 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro, New Mexico. It has a period of 3 years, 82 days.

It was named for 2006 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair contestant Miguel Angel Bustos (born 1987) of Uniondale, New York, who got second place for his environmental sciences project.

Astrologically, asteroid Bustos seems to indicate what its name might suggest: a "bust," to bust (as in to arrest), to bust up, "busted".
