Caelumnoctu

Asteroid 57424, Caelumnoctu. was discovered September 16, 2001 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research (LINEAR) Team at Socorro, New Mexico. It has a period of 5 years, 106 days.

Its name refers to the long-running monthly British TV series "The Sky At Night" (caelum noctu in Latin), which premiered on BBC on April 24, 1957 (57-4-24).

Astrologically, Caelumnoctu seems to indicate darkness; something finished, over, completed.
