Castalia

Asteroid 4769, Castalia, an Apollo asteroid, was discovered on August 9, 1989 by Eleanor F. "Glo" Helin at Palomar. It has a period of 1 year, 34 1/2 days and is about 1.4 kilometer in diameter.

It was named for the nymph Castalia, who evaded the pursuing Apollo by diving into the earth on Mount Parnassus and becoming a spring which was subsequently considered a source of divine inspiration. The Muses lived on Mount Parnassus, which was the site of a famous oracle.

Its astrological meaning seems to be artistic inspiration (which may be taken in a broad sense).
