Asteroid 11134, Ceské Budejovice, was discovered on December 4, 1996 by Milos Tichy and Zdenek Moravec at Klet Observatory in the Czech Republic. It has a period of 4 years, 358 days.

It was named for the Czech city of Ceské Budejovice, which is the historic, cultural, educational, industrial and administrative center of south Bohemia. Originally known as Budiwoyz or Budoywiz, the German form of which is Budweis, the city is famous for its beer. There is an observatory in the city, and Klet Observatory is located on nearby Klet Mountain.

Astrologically, this asteroid seems to have to do with friendship and good times, drinking, doping.
