Grubba


Asteroid 1058, Grubba, was discovered on June 22, 1925 by Grigory Shajn at Simeis, Ukraine. It has a period of 3 years, 103 days and is about 7 2/5 miles in diameter.

It was named for Howard Grubb (1844-1931), an Irish telescope maker and designer.
