Who can see changes as they're happening,
Or a snowflake as it falls?
Only when the snow is on the ground
can you see the mantle of purity,
Part of god's plan,
Humanity tramples and dirties the snow,
But it only falls again.
Such is the nature of divine insight
Only when it's cold does it come;
Only when the sky is cloudy;
And then the sun comes out,
And reflects from it brilliant whiteness.
When it's warm, we call that rain.
