Asteroid 20361, Romanishin, was discovered on May 1, 1998 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search (LONEOS) at the Anderson Mesa Station of Lowell Observatory near Flagstaff, Arizona. It has a period of 4 years, 115 days.

It was named for American astronomer William Romanishin (born 1952), a professor of astronomy at the University of Oklahoma who observes KBOs and Centaur-class asteroids.
