Asteroid 133250, Rubik, was discovered on September 5, 2003 by Krisztián Sárneczky and Brigitta Sipocz at Piszkésteto Observatory in Piszkéstető, Hungary. It has a period of 4 years, 136 days.

It was named for Hungarian architect and puzzle and game designer Erno Rubik (born 1944), inventor of the Rubik's Cube.
