Stalingrad

Asteroid 2250, Stalingrad, was discovered April 18, 1972 by Tamara M. Smirnova at Nauchnyj, Ukraine, in the Crimea.. It has a period of 5 years, 256 days and is slightly less than 12 miles in diameter.

It was named to commemorate the major World War II battle of Stalingrad (now Volgograd) in Russia

Astrologically, asteroid Stalingrad seems to indicate to make ends meet (Damien Foor), a turning point, laid to waste,"till the bitter end," a bloodbath, no quarter, never surrender.
