Asteroid 33810, Tangirala, was discovered on December 8, 1999 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team (LINEAR) at Socorro, New Mexico. It has a period of 3 years, 166 days.

It was named for Pujita Tangirala (born 2004), a San Jose middle-school student who was a finalist in the 2017 Broadcom MASTERS, a math and science competition for middle school students, for her chemistry project.
