Totziens

Asteroid 19251, Totziens, was discovered on September 3, 1994 by Paul Wild at Zimmerwald Observatory in Wald, Bern, Switzerland. It has a period of 4 years, 96 days.

Totziens is the Dutch word for "goodbye"; Paul Wild, who died in 2014, discovered this asteroid shortly after the 1994 IAU General Assembly in the Dutch capital of The Hague, and he believed (correctly, it turned out) that it would be the last of his discoveries.

Henk Middleraad, who designed the glyph, derives its astrological meaning as "see you later" or "goodbye."
