Vinciguerra

Asteroid 154991, Vinciguerra, an Amor asteroid, was discovered on January 17, 2005 by Andrea Boattini and Hans Scholl at La Silla Observatory near Pedernales, Coquimbo, Chile. It has a period of 2 years, 83 days.

It was named for Italian government employee Lucia Vinciguerra (born 1965), a friend of Andrea Boattini's.

The name Vinciguerra is derived from the Italian for "conquering in war," and this seems to basically be what asteroid Vinciguerra is about astrologically: the drive to win in war or other contests or conflicts, the attitude that "winning isn't everything, it's the only thing."
