We were given a choice between pleasure and pain—

We chose pain

For all the world to see.

On the ground, high above it—

There we lay, on the spinning wheel.

What goes up must come down

The spinning wheel got to go around—

Laterally, not vertically.

We will suffer for our sins in vertiginous agony—

In vertiginous agony.
